• Designing school ICT Implementation plans and site infrastructure - SNUP Upgrade, server, wifi

• Led professional development using the SAMR Model to lift teachers' pedagogy

• Developing an ICT Curriculum and Implementation Plan

• Using inquiry and authentic learning contexts to stimulate interest and thinking skills

• Training staff to use hardware, software and online systems

• Developing an external hard drive to create a ‘disk image’ 

• Server management, internet monitoring and filtering

• Developing school wide ICT frameworks and cyber safety agreements

• Repairing computers and problem-solving issues

• Project managing - introducing classroom data projectors (researching, quoting, installation and training)

• Leasing computers via the TELA scheme and purchase plan - iPad, Chromebook, Audio and Visual

• Liaising with outside Support and Tech Providers e.g. Rev IT, Ricoh, Smart Computers
